2012 Herald-Mail Bridal and Prom Expo

This Sunday, January 15th, we will be at the 2012 Herald-Mail Bridal and Prom Expo. The show will be held at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD from 11 am – 6 pm. 86 vendors have registered for this years show, so it’s going to be huge! You’ll be able to find us by of the fountain in front of Bon-Ton. If you are not familiar with the mall, that’s basically right in the center. Best part of the show, it’s FREE! 2011 was by far the biggest year we have had to date. I just wanted to take this time to say, thank you. Thank you for trusting us to shoot one of the most important days of your life. Shannon & Mike’s Wedding at Veritas Vineyard & Winery in Afton, VA

On November 12th, Shannon and Mike were married at Veritas Vineyard and Winery in Afton, VA. I have shot over 200 weddings since 2006, and Veritas is the most beautiful location I have been too. They have thought of every detail, and have covered them perfectly. From the food to the specialty lighting, it is amazing. And of course, Shannon and Mike thought of every detail to create a day that could not have been more perfect. Here are just a few images from their rehearsal and wedding day:

Katy & Tom’s Wedding at St. Mary’s and Fountain Head Country Club

Katy and Tom were married this past August at St. Mary’s in Hagerstown, and then had an amazing reception at Fountain Head Country Club. I was with Katy and Tom for almost 12 hours that day, and personally shot over 5,000 images. That’s not a record for two shooters on a wedding day, but I’m pretty sure it’s a personal record. :) You will see why I couldn’t stop shooting, and this should explain why this post is so huge. Lizzie & Pat’s Hagerstown, MD & Liberty Mountain Resort Wedding

This past June, Lizzie and Pat had a beautiful ceremony in Hagerstown, MD, and then a great reception at Liberty Mountain’s Alpine Room. These guys are high school sweethearts, which I’m a sucker for, because my wife and I are as well. :) Enjoy!

Shannon and Mike’s Waynesboro, PA Engagement Session

Several weeks ago I met with Shannon and Mike in Waynesboro, PA for their engagement session. Shannon is actually my wife’s cousin, and we went to high school together. She took the doctor path and is now living in Boston, MA with Mike and their dog Clive. Shannon and Mike met in med school, and the rest is history. They are getting married in November at stunning Veritas Vineyard in Virginia. The family is very excited, and I’m personally excited because I know this is going to be a great wedding to photograph. :) Well, enough talk, here are a few images from their engagement session. Alicia & John’s Hagerstown Wedding

Alicia and John’s wedding was on March 5th at Saint James in Hagerstown. Alicia and John had actually married a few months before. John was then deployed to Afghanistan, and returned only weeks before their planned wedding. Below are just a few of the images we snapped that day.

Jenn & Freddie’s Waynesboro, PA Wedding Photography

So, I have a lot of weddings to post since August, like 18, and that’s subtracting the 2 I posted in October. :) This is the first of those posts, and I’m hoping by March I’ll have the rest up. We’ll see. Anyway, Jenn and Freddie were married on August 7th, at a private location in Waynesboro, PA. It was a great outdoor wedding with lots of personal touches that I’m sure will give brides plenty of ideas for their own day.
