So this is my first post in a while. I’ve been buried with work, so this is the first chance I’ve had to write. As some of you are aware, I have also been making weekly update notes on my facebook page. Well, I’ve decided to post them here from now on, since this will automatically go to that page anyway. :) (I’ve been too busy to post my updates, too, though.)
Anyway, I’ve got a super busy weekend coming up, and my week was just as busy. I uploaded two weddings, with a third one almost ready. I booked a wedding, had a wedding consultation on Wednesday, and an engagement session last night. Today I had a wedding consultation in Gettysburg, and tomorrow I have a wedding.
Ashley and Ryan’s wedding is tomorrow, and are actually the couple I booked this past weekend! On Friday night I received a call from Liberty Mountain Resort saying that they had a bride who is getting married and that her photographer backed out a week before her wedding! Luckily I was available and I was able to help them out. The couple has had a few other hardships in just the last couple of weeks as well. I strongly believe in investing in people, and that those returns are much higher then the financial gains you may receive at first, so I hooked them up. :)
On Sunday, I have an early engagement session, and then right after, I’m heading to the Lodge at Blue Ridge Summit for a bridal show! This is my first show of the 2010 booking season, so come on out, take a look at a few albums, and a few pieces of my work. The show is from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm, I hope to see you there!
